These Terms of Service govern the use of the OWLi INTERNATIONAL website and digital services, including but not limited to online courses, subscriptions, downloadable materials, and community forums. By creating an account, purchasing a course, or using the platform in any manner, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from accessing or using our services.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 16 years of age or have parental/guardian consent to create an account and participate in OWLi INTERNATIONAL programmes. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

Users must register an account to access certain features of the platform, including courses, subscriptions, and forums. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Any misuse of the account, including sharing login credentials, may result in suspension or termination.

4. Purchases, Payments, and Refunds

Payments may be made via credit card, PayPal, Stripe, or bank transfer. All prices are displayed in the applicable currency at the time of purchase. We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase for eligible courses and subscriptions, provided that: Less than 20% of the course content has been accessed or downloaded. A written request for refund is submitted to languages@owliinternational.com within the refund period. Refunds for digital downloads and completed courses are generally not provided except where required by law. Cancellations for subscriptions can be made through the user dashboard, and will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All course content, including but not limited to videos, audio files, slides, downloadable PDFs, quizzes, and branding materials, is the intellectual property of OWLi INTERNATIONAL. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to access and download materials solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of the materials is strictly prohibited.

6. User-Generated Content

OWLi INTERNATIONAL provides forums and interactive features where users may post comments, feedback, or other content. By submitting content, you grant OWLi INTERNATIONAL a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display the content for educational or promotional purposes. Offensive, illegal, or harmful content is prohibited and may be removed at our discretion.

7. Third-Party Services

We integrate third-party platforms, including but not limited to Zoom, Google Meet, learning management systems, AI tools, and payment processors. Your use of these services may be subject to additional terms and privacy policies of the respective providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

OWLi INTERNATIONAL provides educational content and guidance but does not guarantee specific outcomes such as exam scores or employment opportunities. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms, unlawful conduct, or any action that compromises the security or integrity of the platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Kerala.
